THE MOTION

Amolivo is equipped with a state-of-the-art brushless motor and a speed controller, allowing you to adjust the machine’s pulsating vibrations according to your needs and the type of olive. The 6 operation levels, ranging from 700 to 1550 pulsating vibrations per minute, along with the high torque at low speeds, make Amolivo the ultimate tool for harvesting all types of olives.

THE HEAD

Amolivo is 100% Greek-made with a patented mechanism of our own invention. It is a double-comb olive harvester with carbon fiber rods.

Zero wear Perfect balancing

Unique arrangement of 5mm carbon fibers on two separate bases. Each base holds 4 carbon rods firmly mounted with a special elastic mold of our own design. The two bases form a V-shape and are designed to offer the widest harvesting span on the market (54cm maximum range). Fully controlled closure to avoid pinching.

The 6-speed controller gives Amolivo the ability to operate between 700–1550 pulsating movements per minute at 12V, covering even the most demanding users.
Reinforced and fully waterproof control board with memory system.

Professional use with 80Ah battery for 8 hours of operation.
Can also be used with our company’s generator (provided with voltage stabilizer at 14V).

The Asteras Max olive harvester is a pulsating machine with 2 heads and 48 carbon fiber rods. The unique arrangement of the carbon fibers, combined with the wide-range balanced pulsating motion, achieves maximum performance without any damage to the tree.

Equipped with BOSCH DC electric motor 400W, delivering 2000 pulsating movements per minute at 16V
Includes ON-OFF switch 35A and a reducer converting head motion to pulsating movement

With 35A on-off switch and reducer that converts the head motion into pulsating movement.
Operates with a car battery (with the addition of a converter), consuming 10-12A /h.

Wheeled Generator with 7hp ANGELIS Engine and Dynamo

Available with a 12-30V speed controller or a 13.8V voltage stabilizer
With a central adjustment for three olive harvesters of the same type
The 70A dynamo is mounted on anti-vibration rubber and its shaft has a coupler
